On 18 October 2024 through March 26, 2025, Marg and I had put our home in North Jackson Ohio up for sale. For the following five to six months, we were unsuccessful in selling our property. During that time, only 9 individuals visited the property, none of them were interested. So we terminated the contract with the realtor we had and were considering making the property a rental. On or about 1 April 2025, I received a phone call from a individual (Noah Amodio), who appeared to be extremely excited about the property. It was approximately four days before she was able to put the property back on the listing. Within one day she had individuals wanted to view the property. In the first week and a few days we had more than 14 individuals viewing the property. Within two weeks, the house was under contract and by the 23rd of May 2025 the house was sold.
